im bored of all this "equality"

people need to realise that sometimes the most farest way of awarding something, be it a job, a benifit, or an award it sould go to the person who is ether best at it or most deserving.

it shouldnt matter weather there a woman, man, gay straight muslim chirstian vegitarian whatever. when will people stop fucking being so scared to offend people. because it just comes back to shoot yourself in the fucking arse.

its all very well saying we need a fair and equil society but fuck sake do it sensibly.

i live in a much more white area than black, from birth, not choice, so finding a gay black police woman is difficult, so when some of my friends try and become a police man they are turned away because they are straight white males. nevermind the fact that my friends are perfectly capeble, willing and adapted to becoming a poilice man yet they are turned away because some stupid person has set a statistic that must be met. they have now had to lie and say that they are bisexual so that they can join. how rediculous is that. And do i feel safer that a black lesbien woman is catching criminals as oppsed to a white straight male? no not at all it makes no diffenrce but i would rather it was someone who wanted to do the job since they were 5 as opposed to someone who dosnt realy care and does it because it ticks a form and gives them a wage.

its not that just though. there are so many times at school where i have been passed over in favour of a girl just purely because if i was to get whatever was on offer it would appear to be "anti-feminist", now, i'm all for gils being treeted in the same way as men, but what some women have forgotten, is that in order for there to be equality men must also be treeted as equil.
